How do I add an icon to a window Live Messenger display name

You can add any image to Windows Live Messenger on your display icon.

Instead of going through various options, Windows Live simplifies allows the process to drag and - drop an image of your folders on your screen. Your picture is on Windows instant messaging and next to your display name in your contacts as well as those of your friends list will be seen. Difficulty: easy

    Sign in to Windows Live.

    Click on the image next to your name and your status appears.

    Choose the one that stock images if you want to use for your image.

    Click "Browse" If you look for pictures you want to use as an icon on your computer already.

  • 5

    Click on "Dynamic Image" or "webcam image."

  • Select "Dynamic" or "Webcam" your webcam will open (if you have a connected) and take a new picture to appear.

    Click "OK", if you done.

  • You see the image displayed next to your display name.
