How: export contacts from Yahoo Messenger

Yahoo Messenger provides users with an address book to store all your e-Mail contacts.

If you have a list of contacts in Yahoo Messenger, you can export in a single file, without having to re-enter the entire list, or you can simply print the list. You can export your Yahoo Messenger via Yahoo! e-Mail contacts by following a few simple steps. Difficulty: easy

   Open your Yahoo address book.

Login to your Yahoo mail account, and then to your address book in "Contacts".

Select the check box for all the contacts you want to export.

Go to the heading "Tools" and choose "Export".

Select the program you want to export the file.

Select Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Excel, if you want to print a list of e-Mail, contacts, contact in a new Outlook address book is stored. Click on "Export now".

Enter the code as a command prompt.

Click on "Export now". Open the file with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook or program you chose. Your contacts are now saved to a list.
