Removing Yahoo Messenger Tools

The Yahoo! toolbar is installed on your computer when installing Yahoo! Messenger.

The toolbar may cause that client of Instant Messenger to the freeze or close often. That delete the toolbar it does not completely deleted get and you can to find it on your computer when you log on to Yahoo! Messenger. It is preferable to Yahoo!    Sign of Yahoo Messenger and close the application.

Click the button "Start" in the system tray and choose "Control Panel".

Double-click the icon "Add or remove programs".

Wait for the list of the program gets filled.

It may take 5-10 seconds. See the list of programs, and then select the "Yahoo! Messenger". Click once on the Yahoo Messenger-to select program. Click the right mouse button and choose "remove". Yahoo! Messenger will be uninstalled from the computer.

Navigate to the folder by Yahoo! in "Program files" (see Files\Yahoo).

Right-click the folder and choose "remove". Restart the computer.

Go to messenger.yahoo.com and download the Yahoo! Messenger after the Setup Wizard.

Disable the option "install Yahoo toolbar" in the Setup Wizard.

The option is selected by default.

Complete the installation.

You have installed the Yahoo toolbar without Yahoo! Messenger.
