To hide identity in Yahoo Messenger

Yahoo Messenger allows connecting people with each other instantly.

Yahoo Messenger is a simple process, but it requires personal information such as your name. Your identity for some or all people to private stay in conjunction with, or you can change the identity of anyone in your contact list. You can do this on Yahoo Messenger, to protect your and privacy. Level of difficulty: Moderately easy

   Hide your identity, open Yahoo Messenger and "Messenger" at the top of the screen.

Select "my contact."

Give a nickname in all fields needed to replace your real name.

If you leave the fields blank, the name is used to for the service automatically register as your identity be used.

Select that you want to see your identity when you send your list of contacts from Yahoo Messenger friends an invitation.

In Messenger screen, click on "Add a contact," give the single Yahoo ID and select "next". Click the "Edit" to change your name, and then click "OK" to invite friends with the name that you just created.

Hide or add identities to your friends, by you your name in your contact list.

Click on the name and select "Preview". Adding or deleting information to your friend to appear. If you leave the fields blank, your Yahoo ID friend will be reflected. Note that your friend can see your changes from your screen.
