Windows Live Messenger (formerly MSN Messenger) is an instant messaging client that allows to discuss with friends, with text, voice and video.

Start Windows Live Messenger and sign to your Windows Live.

Click "Tools" menu at the top of the screen bar, and then select "Options".
Click on "Privacy" in the list of options on the left side of the menu.
Scroll to your "block list" and select screen you want to delete the name of the blocked contact.
Click on the "Allow" located between "Block" and "allow".
Click on "OK" to save your changes and return to your list of contacts.
