   Open your Web browser on your computer.

Load and save "PSP Messenger" on your computer.

Select the file PSP Messenger 1.0 loading Windows Explorer.

Select "Extract files" at the top of the screen.

If you use Mozilla Firefox, double-click in "Downloads" the name of the file listed.

Connect one end of your USB cable that came with your PSP to your computer.

Plug the other end on your PSP.

Access to your folder of PSP files on your computer.

Locate and select "common". Drag the PSP Messenger 1.0 file in "common". Now load this file to your PSP. Disconnect your PSP to your computer.

Access to the browser on your PSP.

Type "File:/PSP/Common/PSPMSG/index.html." Press "enter". You now have access to Windows Live Messenger on your PSP.
