Sign up as a directory with NetMeeting

NetMeeting is an online meeting tool that comes with computers running Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

This online conference tool enables remote users to organize interactive sessions and conferences with your computer workstations. Once a session is initiated, others can participate and use the features of NetMeeting. These features instant include messaging, file transfers, audio sharing video online program online and Whiteboard. These features can be used separately or together to the meeting.     Click the button "Start" in the lower right corner of your screen.

Click on "run". Type "Conf.exe." Open the NetMeeting session.

    Select "Tools" and "Options".

  • Click on the "General". Find the section "Directory settings". Choose your directory from the "Directory" drop-down list. Select "Login on a server directory." Start NetMeeting option is included you in the directory, each time you open NetMeeting.

    Check this setting by clicking "Call" in the menu bar.

  • When you "Log Off Directory Server" will be shown your ad that you are right on the server in the option toolbar logs specified. Use this option when you are ready to disconnect the server directory.
