Windows Live Messenger is a free instant messaging client from Microsoft.

It provides text messaging VoIP call if you have a microphone and a video call if you have a webcam. The ability to rotate 90 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise, hourly video of a video conference was added in 2006 to the Windows Live Messenger client. This feature can be used for video calls.    Start the Windows Live Messenger client installed on your computer.

The Web version of Messenger has no advanced features.

A contact and select "Start video appeal".

Click on the videos MSN rotations at the bottom of your chat window.

These buttons will turn 90 degrees video in the schedule or counter clockwise.
