Disable Yahoo Messenger screennames

Your Yahoo Messenger screen name is your name ID online, or use for instant messaging, friends and well-known.

If you want to delete your screen name, you must disable account connected Yahoo E-mail using the screen name and screen name.    Log into your Yahoo mail account at http://mail.yahoo.com.

Go directly to https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user.

To delete your account, select "Submit".

Give your reason to delete the name of the screen when you are prompted, choose your reason to close the account.

Press "Send".
