   Open Internet Explorer.

Search the Web, until you are prompted by an ActiveX message at the top of the browser window that reads, "this site may require that the following ActiveX control."

Some sites will prompt you to install ActiveX controls.

Click the message and choose "Installer ActiveX control" and then run the Add ons.

Internet Explorer will then install the ActiveX control on your computer and enable it to work with your browser.
