How a video call with Windows Live Messenger in Vista to have

   Download and install the latest version of Windows Live Messenger.

Make sure your camera is installed if it is not integrated with your computer or laptop. You restart your computer.

Log on to your Windows Live Messenger account.

Click the name of the person you want to video call. Someone needed no webcam to view your own, but it must have a webcam, if you want to chat.

Click "Video" in the top menu bar.

This will automatically contact the person who you want to chat with.

To end the call, click on "End Call" or the X at the top of the window.
