Active X controls are small applications, the behind the scenes in the Internet Explorer browser.
A user site downloads controls. In return the user receives an experiment in how content is displayed and how you interact with the site. Start Internet Explorer.
Start Internet Explorer.
Click "Tools" in the main menu bar.
Select the "Security" tab.
Press the "Internet" icon and click the "Custom" button.
