How do I stop Windows Live Messenger pop up during the early

If you use Windows Live Messenger, you have probably noticed pop up that which appears at the beginning of the Messenger.

These pop-up Windows Live now called contains the latest articles, weather updates for your area, and new mail notifications. If you do not see this pop-up to start Windows Live Messenger, you can quickly disable the pop-up window. Difficulty: easy

   Open Windows Live Messenger and sign in with your ID and password.

Click the icon "View menu" to the right of the form of "search Contacts".
