Configuring NetMeeting

NetMeeting enables users to hold conferences and meetings remote from your computer.

You can use this software on both Internet Intranet networks use. NetMeeting provides features that make the experience of online, including online audio, video, instant messaging to improve file transfer and sharing program. Using these features can cost the business of hosting-reduce a meeting in different places. You can interact and remote while spending respond not funding for hosting the event.     Open NetMeeting, and select "Tools" from the menu bar.

Select "Options". Click the "General" tab. Check the directory information and settings in the directory. You decide to run NetMeeting in the background, when Windows starts, or if you want to include a NetMeeting shortcut in your taskbar. Check your bandwidth setting and the settings on this tab and calls.

    Click the "Security" tab.

  • Use this tab to specify whether you prefer, the inbound and outbound secure calls. You can specify the type of security and certificate for use during the connection to NetMeeting.

    Click the "Audio" tab.

  • This tab contains the tuning wizard, so you can test your microphone, speakers and headphones settings. You can also duplex audio, audio amplification and additional parametersspecify additional microphone on this tab.

    Click "Video" tab.

  • Use this tab to configure your video connection, size, quality and properties.

    Click on "OK" to confirm the changes.
