    Open and log on to your Windows Live Messenger program.

    Implement your webcam.

  • Click "View menu", hover button on the "Tools" and select "audio and video Setup." Follow the steps, you are invited to test the screen and implement your audio and video on your computer.

    Click on "Actions" under "view"menu.

    Hover over "Video".

    Click on "View your webcam"

    Select a contact or type the user name of someone on your list of contacts.
