To start a NetMeeting meeting

Microsoft NetMeeting is a communication tool that can be used for audio and video conferencing.

NetMeeting is compatible with Windows 2000 and Windows XP operating systems, and work for a telephone line or connection speed. After you install the application, you can easily make a call to another user in NetMeeting. Difficulty: easy

    Ensure that you are connected to the Internet and that the IP address of the other user NetMeeting with you to communicate.

Open the NetMeeting application on your computer.

    Follow the prompt to start NetMeeting for the first time screen.

  • Type your name and e-Mail address, and then click the "Finish" when you have finished configuring NetMeeting. The application will start automatically.

    Type the IP address of the person you wish to contact in the search box at the top of the application.

    Click on the "Phone" icon to make your call.

  • This icon is top of the page on the right side of the application. Is another way to make a call, click on the "call" option from the top toolbar menu and click on "New call".

    Watch the video of the person, click the option "Tool" in the top toolbar menu page and click the "Options" button.

  • Select "Video" tab and select the check box then "Automatic video at the beginning of each call received." Make other changes to the video settings to change your preferences to erfüllenund click "OK" button.

    Click the icon "Hang up" to end your call with the other person.

  • This icon is the Central button on the right side of the application.
