What is better: TFT or LCD?

TFT stands for "thin transistor."

LCD is the acronym for "liquid crystal display". Both terms refer to the flat screen or screen, monitor or computer TV.

  • TFT screens with large slabs of transistors, each independently controlled runs.
  • A screen is a screen "active matrix" where each pixel on the screen is individually lit.

  • Faster than a LCD screen updates regularly to show more smooth movement.

  • TFT screens to use use electricity more than regular LCD-so, you are only more expensive, in first place, but also more expensive.

  • A screen is much higher quality than an LCD screen on a regular basis.
  • This is a better display of all ways, except that it is more expensive.
