Click the "Security" option in the menu.

Click SmartScreen filter, and "Enable SmartScreen filter".

Click on "enable Filter SmartScreen (recommended)", then press "OK".

You can later disable the phishing filter if it should be below legitimate websites as phishing attempts but this not be necessary.
